Initial Submission – Extended Abstracts

  • Authors are invited to submit extended abstracts (5–6 pages) prepared using the official ISIT LaTeX Template.
  • Submissions must be written in English, include original and unpublished work, and follow academic writing standards.
  • Figures should be submitted in bitmap (PNG, JPG) or, preferably, vector format (SVG, PDF, PS).
  • All submitted abstracts will undergo peer review. Only positively reviewed abstracts will be accepted for presentation and publication in the Conference Proceedings issued by the UwS and distributed during the event.

Post-Conference Full Paper Submission

After the conference, authors of accepted and presented works will be invited to submit full papers (up to 12 pages) for a second round of independent peer review.

  • Positively reviewed papers will be considered for publication in:
📰 Studia Informatica. Systems and Information Technology
(ISSN: 1731-2264 | 20 ministerial points for Polish authors)
    🔗 czasopisma.uws.edu.pl/studiainformatica
  • The best contributions will also be recommended for:
    • Publication in high-impact international journals
    • Inclusion as extended chapters in the Intelligent Systems and Information Technologies monograph series

Each stage – abstract and full paper – is subject to a separate peer review process.

Conference Format

ISIT 2025 will be held in a hybrid format:

  • On-site participation is highly encouraged
  • Remote presentations are fully supported – authors who are unable to attend in person will have the opportunity to present online.
